Pacific Roots Dental
About Us
Thank you for visiting our website. We would like to use this opportunity to tell you a little bit about our practice and what we believe.
Our staff takes incredible pride in tailoring care to each individual patient, so that we can maximize the aesthetics, functionality, and longevity of your dental health. Our approach is intentionally conservative—we strive to be as minimally invasive as possible, performing only the dentistry that’s truly needed to promote faster recovery and help you return to everyday life quickly and comfortably.
Our history of success and patient satisfaction stems from our belief in the importance of early prevention, using the latest technology, and clear, open communication. We believe patients should fully understand their care, and we’re committed to making sure that doctor-patient communication is always transparent, informative, and reassuring.

Dr. Tiffin was born and raised in Federal Way, WA. She is a proud University of Washington graduate, where she received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and went on to complete her DDS degree in 2015. When she’s not at the office, Dr. Tiffin can be found spending time with her niece and nephew, playing in a summer softball league or finding that perfect powder day to ride her snowboard.
Shana Levenson, DDS
Dr. Levenson earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Scripps College before attending the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Her background in research and commitment to continuing education help her stay current with advancements in dentistry while providing care grounded in both evidence and each patient’s individual needs.
Born and raised in Burien, Washington, Dr. Levenson is happy to be caring for patients in the community she calls home. She believes a positive dental experience begins with listening and strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and confident in their care.
Outside the office, Dr. Levenson enjoys trying new recipes, playing the piano, and spending time with her beloved parrot.
